Kinshasa, 24 décembre 2025 – Dans un message vidéo diffusé en ligne, Yoshoua Kasongo, président du conseil communal de Mont-Ngafula, a adressé ses vœux de fin d’année à ses collègues conseillers ainsi qu’aux habitants. Équilibrant réalisme et espoir, l’élu local a souligné l’importance du travail acharné pour améliorer le prestige de la commune.
Loin des discours complaisants, Yoshoua Kasongo a exprimé une vision pessimiste mais réaliste des défis qui attendent la commune en 2026. Pour autant, le président du conseil communal ne se laisse pas décourager. Puisant sa force dans la foi et l’espérance, il considère l’année à venir comme un tournant décisif.
Pour lui, 2026 doit être « une année d’efforts intenses ». L’objectif est explicite : sortir Mont-Ngafula de l’obscurité et restaurer la réputation ternie de cette entité. Cet appel à l’action marque une promesse de rupture avec les pratiques du passé et l’introduction d’une nouvelle approche de la gouvernance.
Sur le plan politique, Yoshoua Kasongo a profité de cette plateforme pour réaffirmer son soutien indéfectible au président de la République, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi. Il a réitéré son engagement à s’aligner sur la vision du chef de l’État pour la promotion du développement à la base.
« Nous travaillerons sans relâche pour le bien-être de notre communauté, en totale adéquation avec la vision du chef de l’État », a-t-il essentiellement déclaré.
En concluant son allocution, le leader communal s’est engagé à faire de l’amélioration des conditions de vie des résidents sa priorité absolue. Pour Me yoshoua Kasongo, le développement de Mont-Ngafula exigera l’engagement total du conseil communal, soutenu par une population unie derrière les réformes initiées au plus haut niveau de l’État.
