Mardi, 23 décembre 2025 – En réaction aux propos tenus récemment par le journaliste Mills Tshibangu, le Dr Ivan Ilunga Ngindu, avocat et analyste engagé, est monté au créneau pour dénoncer ce qu’il qualifie de campagne de désinformation ciblée contre certains ministres proches du président Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo (FATSHI).
Depuis Bruxelles, où il séjourne actuellement en vacances, le Dr Ivan Ilunga affirme avoir suivi avec attention la sortie médiatique de ce qu’il décrit comme un « journaliste de bas étage ». Il s’indigne particulièrement des accusations portées contre le ministre Guy Loando, présenté à tort, selon lui, comme l’un des responsables de la rébellion de Corneille Nangaa.
« Accuser le ministre Guy Loando d’être à l’origine ou complice de la rébellion de Nangaa est totalement injustifié », déclare le Dr Ilunga. Il souligne reconnaître en Guy Loando des valeurs solides, notamment un sens aigu des affaires et une capacité d’organisation bien structurée, incompatibles avec de telles allégations.
Pour l’Avocat du peuple, ces propos relèvent clairement de la propagation de faux bruits, visant à nuire à l’image des institutions et des membres du gouvernement engagés aux côtés du chef de l’État. Il estime que cette démarche s’apparente à une campagne délibérée contre la République, allant jusqu’à flirter, selon lui, avec une apologie déguisée de l’AFC/M23.
Face à la gravité des accusations, le Dr Ivan Ilunga appelle à l’ouverture d’une plainte judiciaire, afin que l’auteur de ces déclarations soit contraint de révéler ses sources et d’expliquer les motivations réelles de cette offensive médiatique.
