Chose promise, chose faite, après le finissage des travaux de réhabilitation des deux pavillons dont 5 et 11 du marché de la liberté dans la commune de Masina, qui ont été endommagés par des incendies notamment en 2018 et en 2021, le Président de la République, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi, a procédé à l’inauguration de ces derniers, le samedi 02 juillet, en présence de l’administrateur du marché de la liberté, Guy Folly et de milliers de vendeurs du marché référentiel du district de Tshangu, qui ont même salué l’initiative du Chef de l’Etat de revêtir les pavillons incendiés à une nouvelle robe.
Certes, après plusieurs mois sans exercer leurs activités confortablement, les vendeurs du marché de la liberté singulièrement ceux des pavillons précités vont désormais occuper leur place et revendre leurs articles tranquillement, et puis dans des conditions équitables après cette réhabilitation couronnée par l’inauguration du premier citoyen de la République démocratique du Congo, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi. Sur ce, l’administrateur Principal de l’un des grands marchés de la Ville-Province de Kinshasa, Guy Folly KPP a salué les efforts du Chef de l’Etat consacrés à la réhabilitation des deux pavillons endommagés par les derniers incendies :
« Je profite de ce moment inoubliable pour les vendeurs du marché de la liberté, de rendre un vibrant hommage appuyé au Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat pour cet acte salvateur en faveur des commerçants du district de Tshangu en général et de la commune de Masina en particulier », a-t-il présenté ses remerciements.
Cependant, face aux multiples préoccupations qui regorgent son secteur d’activité, le numéro 1 dudit marché, a profité de l’occasion précieuse, pour exposer devant le Chef de l’Etat, toutes les difficultés que le marché de la liberté fait face, et après l’exposition des préoccupations, Guy Folly communément appelé KPP, tient à rassurer les usagers de cet espace de vente sur la résolution des différents préoccupations du marché :
« En ma qualité d’administrateur de cet important centre de négoces, j’ai mis à profit cette occasion pour exposer devant le Chef de l’Etat, des préoccupations additionnelles qui nécessitent des appuis conséquents pour faire face aux épineuses questions de sécurité et du gap des ressources en faveur d’autres innovations.Un grand dépôt sera rapidement aménagé, pour le stockage de toutes les marchandises la nuit. A l’image des pavillons remis à neuf, tous les autres étals ne seront plus à l’ancienne, ils vont subir une cure de jouvence dans les mois qui viennent », a-t-il ajouté
Par ailleurs, les usagers dudit marché dont ils sont les bénéficiaires premiers de cet œuvre n’ont rester indifférents pour exprimer leur gratitude à l’égard du Chef de l’Etat, le maître de cette initiative :
« Je tiens à remercier le Président de la République d’avoir réalisé sa promesse qu’il nous avait faite au moment où nos deux pavillons avaient pris feu. Nous qui vendons les articles sur les pavillons concernés, nous sommes très contentes de cette réhabilitation, parce que nous avons souffert, il n’y avait plus de place pour nous au sein du marché. Pour la énième fois, merci Chef pour nous avoir sortis de la souffrance », a-t-elle remercie le Chef de l’Etat, Solange Ibula, l’une des vendeuses dudit marché.
De ce fait, selon l’administrateur du marché de la liberté, les pavillons nouvellement réhabilités vont équiper plus de 400 vendeurs. Outre l’inauguration de ces deux pavillons, le Président de la République a lancé un transformateur de 1000 K pour assurer la fourniture de l’énergie électrique.
