La cérémonie de lancement officiel de la campagne agricole 2024-2025 a eu lieu jeudi à l’espace échangeur dans la Commune de Limete à Kinshasa.
En procédant à ce lancement, le Ministre d’État, Ministre de l’Agriculture et Sécurité Alimentaire, l’Ingénieur Gregoire Mutshail Mutomb a annoncé quelques grandes ambitions pour la campagne sur toute l’étendue du territoire national congolais.
Parlant de ces ambitions, il a déclaré qu’il est maintenant temps que la RDC se donne à l’agriculture en cultivant son sol et sous-sol pour n’est plus tout importer de l’étranger.
Au terme de cette campagne, la République Démocratique du Congo devrait pouvoir tout mettre en place pour booster le secteur agricole.
Au cours de cette grande activité, le gouvernement a manifesté une volonté politique de faire de l’agriculture l’un des piliers du développement économique de la nation.
Sur ce, les congolais sont appelé à cultiver le sol et le sous-sol question d’atteindre l’autonomie alimentaire. « On ne devient pas riche seulement dans la politique », dit-on.
Le gouvernement a mis en place un lot de matériels importants qui a été donné aux autorités des provinces pour que cette campagne soit effective sur l’ensemble du pays.
Au nom du Chef de l’État, le vice-Premier ministre Shabani Lukoo a procédé au lancement officiel de la campagne agricole 2024-2025 sur toute l’étendue de la RDC.
Selon le ministre d’État en charge de l’Agriculture Grégoire Mutshail, « cet événement a pour but la matérialisation du 4ème pilier du programme quinquennal du Chef de l’État concernant l’économie diversifiée en vue de la revanche du sol sur le sous-sol. »
Notons que, les gouverneurs des provinces, les ministres provinciaux, le commissaire provincial de la police nationale congolaise, les mandataires des entreprises publiques, les administrateurs des entreprises privées, les opérateurs agricoles coopératives et Ongd, les membres de cabinet du ministre de l’agriculture et les fonctionnaires ont pris part à cette cérémonie.
Signalons que, la place échangeur de limete a servi de cadre idéal et date historique pour les opérateurs agricoles et cette activité est un pari gagné du Ministre de l’agriculture et sécurité alimentaire.
