RDC : Ecoforleaders signe le partenariat avec la société SCS
L’école supérieure de formation des leaders de l’unité (ECOFORLEADERS) a, à l’occasion d’une séance de formation pratique et la remise des leaders de l’unité à la société SCS tenue ce samedi 7 mai 2022, procédé à la signature d’un partenariat de travail avec la dite entreprise, laquelle est spécialisée dans la gestion des ressources humaines, et dans la liaison entre employés et chercheurs d’emplois.
Cet accord signé s’aligne dans le cadre de l’accomplissement de l’un des objectifs phares prônés par Ecoforleaders, afin d’offrir à la société, des réseaux d’acteurs, leaders rassembleurs, ayant un sens élevé des valeurs et d’éthique. La cérémonie a eu lieu dans la salle polyvalente de l’Institution, sise dans la commune de Barumbu, en présence de plusieurs personnalités, hommes et femmes d’affaires.
A sa cinquième année d’existence, Ecoforleaders ne cesse de se distinguer à travers des initiatives louables pour offrir à la société des leaders non-tribaliste tt non-corruptible insérés dans les institutions publiques et privées. Ce nouveau partenariat aidera les finalistes de cette institution à vite trouver de l’emploi à travers la République démocratique du Congo.
Sur place, le directeur général de l’entreprise SCS, Jean-Robert Isifua a réagi par rapport à cette collaboration avec Ecoforleaders. « C’est un travail de coaching professionnel et de vie professionnelle qui doit avoir un aboutissement, et comme la majorité de ceux qui apprennent sont des demandeurs d’emplois, l’aboutissement c’est de trouver de l’emploi. Et comme on peut comprendre le SCS est là pour être la structure ou l’outil qui sera utilisé pour l’acheminement du travail qui a été fait pour avoir une débouchée au près des entreprises. Moi je suis là pour aider à donner du travail à ceux qui sont ici et qui cherchent à travailler d’une manière spéciale et avec des valeurs, avec l’anti-corruption, l’anti-tribalisme. Ce sont ceux là que ECOFORLEADERS attend les transférer chez SCS qui est une agence spécialisée dans la gestion des ressources humaines », a-t-il fait savoir.
Tour à tour, les témoins composés essentiellement des hommes et femmes d’affaires, mais aussi des gérants des entreprises, ont eu à prodiguer des conseils aux finalistes de l’Ecoforleaders, pour la vie pratique qui les attend.
De son coté le Directeur général de l’Ecoforleaders, le professeur Félicien Mpuku, a rappelé le mode d’accès et le fonctionnement de cette école. « Nous organisons un master en leadership de l’unité avec 3 filières qui sont : la technique de gestion et de résolution des conflits, le leadership pour la transformation sociale, et élection, gouvernance et démocratie.
Selon le numéro un de cette institution, la formation donnée consiste à offrir au pays des nouveaux leaders non tribalistes et non corruptible. « Notre école encadre plusieurs personnes de plusieurs domaines. Nous prenons des gens qui ont des diplômes (master, licence…) et nous ajoutons des compétences sur le plan éthique, de manière à faire en sorte qu’ils soient en mesure de travailler dans la neutralité (non corruptible et non tribaliste ), dit-il.
