Le Palais de Justice a servi de cadre, ce jeudi 21 août 2025, à la cérémonie de clôture de la première promotion de 50 greffiers pénitentiaires formés à l’Institut National de Formation Judiciaire (INAFORJ).
Placée sous le thème « Agir ensemble avec intégrité pour susciter le changement en milieu pénitentiaire », cette cérémonie solennelle a réuni plusieurs hautes personnalités, parmi lesquelles le Vice-Premier Ministre, Ministre de la Défense Nationale et Anciens Combattants, Guy Kabombo Mwadianvita, ainsi que le Ministre d’État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Guillaume Ngefa A. Andali.
Étaient également présents : des officiers supérieurs des FARDC, le Secrétaire Général au ministère de la Justice, des directeurs de l’administration pénitentiaire ainsi que des membres du cabinet du Garde des Sceaux.
Cette formation marque une étape importante dans le processus de professionnalisation du personnel pénitentiaire en RDC, afin d’améliorer la gestion des établissements carcéraux et de renforcer l’État de droit.
En clôturant la cérémonie, les autorités ont salué l’engagement des nouveaux greffiers et réaffirmé la volonté du gouvernement de bâtir une justice pénitentiaire moderne, intègre et respectueuse des droits humains.
