Kinshasa, mercredi 27 août 2025 – Le Ministre d’État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Guillaume Ngefa A. Andali, a reçu en audience la Commission interinstitutionnelle d’aide aux victimes et d’appui aux réformes (CIAVAR), conduite par son coordonnateur exécutif François Kakese Kimaza, ainsi que le FONAREV, représenté par son Directeur général.
La rencontre, tenue au cabinet du Ministre à 12h20, a permis au collectif de présenter ses civilités et de rappeler les travaux déjà en cours d’exécution dans le cadre de l’appui aux victimes et du suivi des réformes judiciaires.
Cette séance de travail s’inscrit dans la volonté commune de renforcer la collaboration institutionnelle, afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des actions entreprises au bénéfice de la justice et des citoyens.
