L’assemblée Nationale a validé lors de la plénière du mardi 19 mars 2024, le mandat des élus nationaux de 2018, des entités où les élections n’ont pas été organisé, notamment, Rutshuru, Masisi et Kwamouth. À cet effet, le député MUTOKAMBALI LUVANZAYI Jean-Luc, élu de Rutshuru, s’assigne la mission de servir sa population ainsi que toute la République, au-delà de ses efforts précédents.
Ce président national du parti Ligue pour la défense des intérêts de citoyens (LDIC), MUTOKAMBALI LUVANZAYI Jean-Luc, a salué cette décision qui d’après lui, va énormément aidé à ce qu’il lève la voix pour les communautés en détresse.
Se remettant aux médias, il s’est exprimé en ce terme : » C’était la cérémonie de validation du mandat, après le processus des requêtes qui avaient été adresser à la cours, pour revendiquer les sièges pour les uns, et pour nous, pour ce qui nous concerne, c’était dans le cadre d’interprétation de la constitution, par rapport à la non tenue des élections dans nos circonscription de Rutshuru, Masisi et Kwamouth. Aujourd’hui donc, c’est un grand jour, parce que nos population-là qui était gardé du processus de paix, aujourd’hui ils vont revoir leurs représentant siéger au parlement, pour plaider leur cause », a-t-il élucidé.
Et de poursuivre : » surtout qu’ils sont en difficulté actuellement, avec la guerre. C’est une opportunité pour moi de saluer tous ceux qui ont contribué à ce processus. Ils nous ont soutenus par les prières, la mobilisation d’une manière ou d’une autre, pour pouvoir faire parler le droit, et maintenant le droit a été dit; voilà, nous sommes contents, c’est l’Etat de droit. « , a-t-il renchérit.
Rappelons que, tout dernièrement la Cour Constitutionnelle avait pris un arrêt, autorisant les élus nationaux et provinciaux de Rutshuru, Masisi et Kwamouth de 2018, de continuer à siéger pour cette nouvelle législature.
