Sa majesté Alexandre Kabare Rugemanizi III N’nabushi xxx, également député provincial en remplacement de son père élu lors des dernières législatives de 2023, a reçu aux premières heures des Banjinji (gardiens de la coutume) tous les signes et symboles du pouvoir.
