Cette plate-forme politique de l’opposition dirigée par Constant Mutamba estime qu’à travers le discours du Président de la République du haut de La Tribune du siège des Nations-Unies, les victimes de cette agression « peuvent enfin hisser un soupir d’espoir que tous les crimes de guerre, crimes contre l’humanité et crimes de génocide commis en République Démocratique du Congo seront revendiqués aux véritables auteurs de cette tragédie qui n’a fait que trop durer ».
Et donc, « une nouvelle page paradigmatique s’ouvre pour la RDC offrant une nouvelle conduite politique à tout notre peuple de savoir vivre en résistant à toute guerre, à toute provocation, à toute inamicalité, à toute prédation de nos ressources naturelles et à toute tentative de recolonisation ».
À cette occasion, la DYPRO soutient que « notre nation désormais audible fera écho de nos crimes à tous les rendez-vous mondiaux non pas comme un signe de faiblesse mais comme une alerte qui mette dirigeants et habitants de la terre au courant du complot de l’axe du mal et ses auteurs intellectuels, ses exécutants économiques et politiques ainsi que leurs kamikazes dorénavant identifiés dans la région des grands lacs (…) Cet état d’esprit patriotiquement révolutionnaire et indépendantiste doit s’enseigner désormais dans nos bus, dans nos églises, dans nos crèches jusqu’à l’université ».
Pour ce faire, la DYPRO invite toute la classe politique et sociale de la République Démocratique du Congo à un sursaut patriotique qui éloigne nos querelles électoralistes et privilégie une unité d’esprit et convergence vers la restauration de la nation, la récupération de nos villages, villes et cités brutalement occupés par les agresseurs rwandais et la consolidation de notre souveraineté symbolisée par l’unité nationale, l’intégrité territoriale et la non négociable intangibilité de nos frontières.
Elle invite le Président de la République à des larges consultations de restitution afin de gagner toutes les âmes congolaises dans cette guerre injuste et inutile. À cette occasion, invitons-nous le Chef de l’Etat à favoriser un climat de grande cohésion nationale qui chasse toute considération de divisionnisme entre l’Union Sacrée et l’Opposition politique.
Et enfin, Elle promet de déférer dans les tout prochains jours l’agression et l’occupation rwandaises devant le Procureur près la Cour pénale internationale, pour crimes de guerre, crimes d’agression et crimes contre l’humanité commis à l’Est de la RDC.
