Le nouveau comité dirigeant du Conseil Communal de Lemba a été officiellement présenté et installé, le jeudi dernier, devant les notables de ladite Commune et tant d’autres invités de marque qui ont rehaussés de leur presence à cette cérémonie.
Au cours de cette activité solennelle, il etait question de procédé à la presentation officielle du nouveau President du Conseil Communal de Lemba, David Mbuyulu et de toute son equipe qui devra travailler en synergie pour redorer l’image de ladite Commune, longtemps terni.
Du haut de la chaire, le Chef de service de cette municipalité Pitshou Mumbanza a indiqué qu’il etait important que cette ceremonie puisse avoir lieu, afin d’enlever la confusion dans la tête des habitants de Lemba, car leur Commune n’a qu’un seul comité avant de déclarer que cette fois-ci, Lemba sera dirigée par ses propres filles et fils.
Pour sa part, le President David Mbuyulu ne jure que sur le developpement de sa Commune et promet de se mettre au four et moulin en collaboration avec son comité pour donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes, afin de garantir la bonne gouvernance durant son mandant de 3 ans au sommet de la jeunesse de son entité.
Il a ensuite remercié tous les participants de cet evenement en commençant par les notables de la Commune à ses collegues presidents qui sont venus le soutenir et à toute personne qui a rehaussée de sa présence à cette activité grandiose.
Pour lier l’utile à l’agréable, l’un des notables de ladite commune Rock Bodo a fait un appel de soutient aux autorités du pays ainsi qu’aux partenaires parce que, sans un soutien financier, ce nouveau comité ne saura rien faire.
Et d’ajouter qu’en tant que President du Conseil Communal de la Jeunesse, Mr David Mbuyulu a un grand objectif a atteindre, qui est celui d’organiser des activités allant dans le sens de la sensibilisation mais aussi, la promotion de ladite jeunesse dont il gère alors, cela demande des moyens pour le faire.
Notons que, dans sa direction, David Mbuyulu sera accompagné d’un premier vice-président, d’un deuxième vice-président, d’un financier, d’un caissier et autres.
