Magistrat chevronné au parcours irréprochable, Kamuleta dirige cette haute juridiction depuis 2021, année où il avait succédé au défunt juge Dieudonné Kaluba. Sous sa houlette, la Cour a traversé des périodes charnières, notamment les élections générales de 2023, avec rigueur, indépendance et sérénité.
Cette reconduction est perçue par plusieurs observateurs comme un gage de stabilité judiciaire à l’approche des réformes annoncées dans le secteur de la justice congolaise.
