Le président national de la Dynamique Progressiste Révolutionnaire (DYPRO) et député national, Me Constant Mutamba est maintenant confirmé Chef de file de l’opposition Républicaine en RDC après ses exploits réalisés dans la politique congolaise.
Constant Mutamba est actuellement le nouveau Ministre d’État, ministre de la justice et garde de sceaux nommé par Ordonnance Présidentielle pour fait partie des 54 ministres du gouvernement Suminwa.
Mutamba à la justice : la méritocratie ou la récompense ?
Auteur de plusieurs tribunes, articles et propositions de lois pour sauver une justice malade en République Démocratique du Congo, l’opposant Constant Mutamba dans ses sorties médiatique en rapport avec la situation politique et sécuritaire du pays mettait toujours un accent sur le profil du que devrait avoir le ministre de la justice dans le gouvernement Tuluka.
Aujourd’hui, sans doute, faisant preuve d’un homme courageux, audacieux et capable de maintenir sa position dans ses prises de décisions, Constant Mutamba se voit dans l’accomplissement dans prophétie. Il est le fruit de la méritocratie et des efforts consentis pour arriver là où il est aujourd’hui.
À l’âge de 35 ans, Mutamba est la surprise du gouvernement Tuluka et un ministre qu’il faut pour apporter des réformes judiciaires majeures dans ce secteur. Ainsi, il a le profil d’un chic mec capable de prendre des grandes décisions au sein de ce ministère pour aider les institutions du pays à bien fonctionner.
Rappelons que, Constant Mutamba a toujours déclaré ci-haut que l’inaction de la justice congolaise encourage l’infiltration rwandaise. Maintenant qu’il est aux affaires, le peuple attend de lui des grandes réformes pour guérir la justice qui a toujours été traitée malade par le Président Tshisekedi.
Pendant que tout le monde était paniqué de gauche à droite, marchant avec les noms de certains politiciens congolais dans leur bouche sous prétexte que ce sont ces derniers qui seront nommés, très calme dans son coin, Mutamba crée la différence là où on ne s’y attendait pas.
Comme c’était le cas pendant l’élection présidentielle de 2023, le chef de file de la Dypro reste le seul politicien congolais de son rang à avoir créer la différence dans tout ce qu’il fait.
Incompris par tous, Constant Mutamba fait sortir la tête là où les vétérans de la politique congolaise tombent.
