Dans ses discours, le Ministre des Finances Doudou Fwamba Likunde a toujours encouragé les dirigeants des régies financières la DGI, la DGDA, et la DGRAD à redoubler d’efforts pour stopper la fuite des recettes publiques.
Alors que, le vrai problème qui ronge les régies financières de la République Démocratique du Congo serait visible au ministère des finances.
Animé par un sens élevé du patriotisme et du bon fonctionnement des institutions de son pays, un citoyen congolais couvert d’anonymat appelle le ministre Doudou Fwamba à faciliter les dirigeants des régies financières la tâche pour assurer la mobilisation des recettes en RDC.
À l’en croire, les régies financières de la République Démocratique du Congo subissent un freinage au niveau du ministère des finances. Ce qui fait que beaucoup des dirigeants de ces régies n’arrivent pas à bien œuvrer.
Face à la situation, il appelle Madame Judith Tuluka, première ministre et chef du gouvernement à prendre à bras le corps cette situation pour stopper cette crise.
Madame Suminwa est aussi appelé à faire tomber la mesure interdisant les engagements dans les entreprises publiques pour faciliter les choses.
« Depuis son arrivée à la tête de la Direction Générale des Impôts, le Directeur général Barnabé Muakadi mobilise des recettes qu’aucun Directeur Général n’a pu réalisé avant au sein de cette entreprise. Il mérite le soutien de tout un peuple qui aime le développement », a-t-il déclaré.
Sur ce, il exhorte à la première ministre de mettre à la disposition de ce dernier des moyens nécessaires pour qu’il continue à mobiliser d’avantage des recettes pour l’avancement de la nation.
Même quand les choses semblent ne pas bien marcher, le DG Barnabé multiplie des stratégies pour maintenir la DGI à la première place des régies financières qui mobilisent plus des recettes.
La République Démocratique du Congo faisant face aux défis multiples qu’elle doit relever, elle mérite d’avoir des serviteurs capables de bien faire fonctionner les services de l’état comme Barnabé Muakadi, Directeur général de la DGI.
Rappelons que, les régies financières clés de la RDC ont mobilisé entre janvier et mai 2024 plus de 10574 milliards de francs congolais (3 milliards 776 millions 428 mille USD), excédant les prévisions de 9 675,6 milliards, ce qui représente un taux de réalisation de 109,3%. C’est ce qui ressort de la première réunion de mobilisation des recettes tenue mercredi 19 juin à Kinshasa.
Cette rencontre, présidée par le ministre des Finances, Doudou Fwamba Likunde, a réuni les directeurs généraux de la DGDA, la DGI et la DGRAD, ainsi que d’autres experts et fonctionnaires du ministère des finances.
En tête des performances, se trouve la DGI, qui a surpassé ses prévisions en collectant 6.520,9 milliards francs congolais (2 millions 328 mille 571 USD), atteignant ainsi un taux d’exécution de 113% des prévisions budgétaires, se félicite Barnabé Muakadi Muamba, directeur général de la DGI.
