Pour cet entrepreneur de formation, le pays a plusieurs défis à relever alors que si les jeunes prenaient conscience de ne plus penser toujours à être employés ou engagés après avoir finis les études, ça sera une bonne chose et une bonne opportunité pour que ces derniers se lancent dans le monde entrepreneurial pour maximiser leur chance de réussir dans la vie après les différentes études faites.
<< Aujourd’hui je rencontre encore des ami(es) avec qui j’ai étudié, ils sont toujours en enquête d’emploi… D’autres sont devenus secrétaires, commerçant, agents de sécurité..…etc alors qu’au départ, quand on nous raconte l’histoire de nos devanciers qui sont devenus des diplômés sans emploi, tu entends : Ça ne sera pas mon cas au nom de Dieu, weh !!! bravo à vous, ne pensée pas que les autres ne priaient pas Dieu >>, a-t-il expliqué.
Et d’ajouter : << Voyez-vous le nombre de diplômés qu’on produit chaque année ? Le nombre d’ingénieurs, d’experts, d’agronomes, comptables, médecins, logisticiens, informaticiens, architectes…. Etc L’effectif est pléthorique sur 1000 diplômés qui sortent, à peine 100 ont un emploi stable >>.

Gédéon Ngongo est un étudiant du 2eme cycle en informatique de gestion à l’Université Pédagogique Nationale Upn en sigle. Il est également entrepreneur diversifier dans plusieurs domaines d’activités.
