Vendredi 9 mai dernier, les membres du gouvernement central ont pris part, dans la Cité de l’OUA, à la 43e réunion ordinaire du Conseil des ministres, présidée par le Chef de l’État, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi.
Outre la communication du Président de la République, cette réunion hebdomadaire a abordé plusieurs questions d’importance nationale, notamment la situation sécuritaire, humanitaire et épidémiologique du pays.
Les échanges ont également porté sur la poursuite de l’opérationnalisation du cadre de gouvernance des investissements publics, l’exploitation du manganèse dans le territoire de Luozi (Kongo Central), la prise en charge des frais de participation aux évaluations certificatives des élèves dans le Nord-Kivu et le Sud-Kivu, ainsi que la situation des inondations.
Par ailleurs, selon un extrait du compte-rendu consulté samedi par la rédaction de Changement7.net, la question de la réhabilitation urgente des axes routiers prioritaires de desserte agricole dans les provinces a été évoquée avec insistance.
Le ministre du Développement rural a ainsi attiré l’attention du gouvernement sur la nécessité de réhabiliter en urgence les routes agricoles dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et de l’Ituri, mais aussi celles qui faciliteraient l’approvisionnement de la ville d’Isiro et de ses environs, dans le Haut-Uele.
« Le gouvernement ne ménage aucun effort pour mettre en œuvre des politiques claires visant à garantir un mieux-être et un mieux-vivre à la population congolaise, y compris dans les zones les plus reculées », a déclaré Yollande Elebe, ministre de la Culture, dans le compte-rendu officiel de la réunion.
