S’agit-il d’un nouveau cas de détournement de fonds publics ?La ministre de l’Éducation, Raïssa Malu, garde un silence qui inquiète. Est-elle simplement mal informée, ou complice de cette manœuvre ? Son mutisme, face à une affaire qui agite les réseaux sociaux et les syndicats de l’éducation, suscite des soupçons grandissants.
Dans les écoles, les enseignants dénoncent un « mépris total du système éducatif » et une « humiliation pour les élèves ». Pour la première fois dans l’histoire du pays, les bulletins de fin d’année ne seront pas en carton, mais sur du papier ordinaire, sans aucune garantie de traçabilité ni d’authenticité.
Les Congolais tirent la sonnette d’alarme et appellent à une réaction immédiate du chef de l’État.
