Avec une posture de responsabilité et une reconnaissance assumée envers l’Éternel, le Gouverneur de la Tshopo a présenté ce lundi le bilan annuel du Gouvernement provincial. Un exercice qui a mis en lumière les engagements tenus, les défis relevés et les perspectives d’avenir renforcées, dans la droite ligne de la vision du Chef de l’État, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.
Dans un contexte régional encore fragile, la Tshopo s’affirme comme un bastion stratégique de l’unité nationale. Le Gouverneur a souligné que la paix et la stabilité ne dépendent pas uniquement des institutions ou des FARDC, mais aussi de l’engagement civique de chaque citoyen.
Il a par ailleurs salué la bravoure de la jeunesse et des résistants patriotes Wazalendo qui, aux côtés des forces armées, ont contribué à freiner les velléités expansionnistes de groupes armés soutenus par le Rwanda.
Des projets concrets pour améliorer le quotidien
Parmi les réalisations phares de 2025 et les projets en cours :
• L’implantation de parcs agro-industriels
• La construction d’abattoirs modernes
• La relance de l’agriculture locale
• L’installation de micro-centrales solaires
• La construction d’écoles, de centres de santé, de bassins piscicoles et de dispositifs anti-érosifs
• La réhabilitation des routes agricoles stratégiques
Ces initiatives s’inscrivent dans le programme intégré “Tshopo Mosala”, une approche pragmatique visant à répondre efficacement aux besoins réels de la population et à favoriser un développement durable et inclusif.
Une gestion financière redressée
Sur le plan budgétaire, le Gouvernement provincial a hérité d’une dette de plus de 7 milliards de CDF. En une année, près de 2 milliards ont été remboursés, soit 27 % de la dette initiale.
Les recettes mensuelles, quant à elles, ont connu une progression notable, passant de 1,13 milliard à 1,83 milliard de CDF, soit une hausse de 38 %. Ce redressement est attribué à une gestion plus rigoureuse et à un contrôle accru des finances publiques.
Une gouvernance basée sur la concertation et la proximité
Le Gouverneur a salué :
• Les Députés provinciaux pour leur accompagnement institutionnel
• La population pour sa confiance renouvelée
• Les partenaires techniques et financiers pour leur soutien actif
• Les médias pour leur professionnalisme, dans un climat marqué par des tentatives récurrentes de désinformation
Cette cohésion est considérée comme un levier essentiel pour la réussite des projets futurs.
Cap sur l’avenir : “Tshopo Mosala continue !”
« Tshopo Mosala, c’est une promesse tenue et un engagement renouvelé. Nous allons poursuivre dans cette dynamique pour garantir une amélioration continue des conditions de vie de nos concitoyens », a conclu le Gouverneur.
