Lundi 16 juin 2025, 18h29 — Une situation préoccupante met en cause Abraham Ndongala, chauffeur affilié à la société Yango, accusé par l’un de ses clients d’abus de confiance et de comportement peu professionnel.
Selon les faits rapportés à la rédaction de Changement7.net par M. Laurent Eyamba, étudiant à l’Université Pédagogique Nationale (UPN), le chauffeur aurait disparu avec les effets personnels qu’il avait oubliés dans la voiture. Ce jour-là, après une course reliant l’avenue Bolobo (commune de Kinshasa) à la 7ème rue (commune de Limete), le client s’est rendu compte qu’il avait laissé dans la voiture une trousse noire de la marque Givenchy contenant notamment :
• 100 000 FC (deux billets de 20 000 FC et six billets de 10 000 FC)
• 20 USD
• Plusieurs petites coupures en francs congolais
• Un stick corporel et d’autres objets personnels.
M. Eyamba affirme avoir immédiatement contacté Abraham Ndongala. Le chauffeur a reconnu avoir retrouvé la trousse et avait même proposé un rendez-vous sur la 7ème rue, à la place commerciale. Mais depuis cette promesse, silence radio.
Le chauffeur a coupé tout contact : il a bloqué son client sur WhatsApp et ne répond plus aux appels téléphoniques. M. Eyamba s’est ensuite tourné vers la direction de Yango pour obtenir de l’aide, mais sans succès à ce stade.
Désemparé, le jeune étudiant a tenu à alerter l’opinion publique via Changement7.net, espérant qu’une large diffusion de cette affaire permette d’obtenir réparation et que Yango prenne ses responsabilités face à ce genre de situation qui entache la confiance des usagers.
Le numéro du chauffeur mis en cause est le 089 408 2325.
