Depuis plusieurs années, le phénomène Kuluna a gagné le terrain dans la Province du Kongo-central, précisément à Kwilu-Ngongo. La population de cette partie du pays, dénonce le silence des morts de la part des autorités provinciales pour l’éradication de ce phénomène.
Les habitants de Kwilu-Ngongo dans le territoire de Mbanza-Ngungu vit depuis un long moment dans une insécurité à haut risque, face aux menaces des jeunes délinquants de cette cité.
Cette insécurité est due aux affrontements de deux groupes de jeunes communément appelés « Américains et Congolais têtus », munis des armes blanches et qui causent des actes de vandalisme dans ce coin de la province du Kongo-central.
Il sied de signaler qu’il y a un faible dispositif sécuritaire de la part de la police nationale congolaise pour maîtriser ces délinquants.
Pour ce faire, l’association des jeunes ressortissants des Kwilu-Ngongo (A.J.R.K) appelle les autorités à maîtriser ces derniers afin de rétablir de l’ordre dans cette ville. Ensuite, elle annonce des manifestations dans les jours à venir au cas ou cette situation demeure sans solution.
