Depuis quelques jours, une polémique enfle autour de l’accord RDC–Rwanda. Alors que le chef de l’État congolais, Félix Tshisekedi, participait à la 80ᵉ Assemblée générale des Nations unies à New York, des accusations ont surgi, visant directement son Directeur de cabinet, Anthony Nkinzo Kamole.
Selon des sources proches de la présidence, ce dernier aurait omis de traiter avec rigueur le document officiel lié à l’accord que le Président devait présenter lors des discussions internationales. Un oubli qualifié de grave, puisque ce texte devait également servir de base pour des échanges économiques stratégiques à Kinshasa, notamment sur les minerais et les investissements.
Cette négligence supposée relance le débat : si la légèreté s’installe jusque dans le traitement des dossiers de la République, à qui profite cette faiblesse ? Certains y voient des erreurs humaines, d’autres soupçonnent des jeux de coulisses et des agendas cachés au sein même de la présidence.
L’opinion publique, elle, reste en attente de réponses claires. Une question demeure : qui bloque réellement le décollage de l’accord RDC–Rwanda ?
