Kinshasa, vendredi 29 octobre 2025 – Le Rassemblement pour la Solidarité et le Développement (RSD), parti politique cher au Dr Ivan Ilunga, a tenu ce vendredi un mini congrès à Kinshasa. Une occasion pour ses cadres et militants de fixer l’opinion nationale et internationale sur plusieurs sujets brûlants de l’actualité politique, dont l’affaire Constant Mutamba, le congrès de l’Union Sacrée de la Nation et les perspectives d’avenir de son regroupement politique.
Devant les membres de son parti, le président Ivan Ilunga est revenu sur le parcours historique du RSD, depuis les élections de 2023 jusqu’à ce jour. Il a rappelé que son parti figure parmi ceux qui ont permis au président Félix Tshisekedi d’obtenir 73 % des suffrages lors des dernières élections, au sein du regroupement politique « À Nous de Bâtir le Congo » (ANB) dirigé par Guy Loando Mboyo.
Le RSD a réaffirmé son soutien indéfectible au Chef de l’État, au président de l’ANB Guy Loando, et s’est dit résolument engagé à promouvoir les valeurs républicaines pour le développement de la nation.
Sur le plan judiciaire, le Dr Ivan Ilunga a tenu à marquer sa position en exprimant son soutien à l’ancien ministre de la Justice, Constant Mutamba, actuellement poursuivi pour un présumé détournement de 19 millions de dollars.
« Nous restons attachés aux principes d’une justice équitable et impartiale. Le RSD se tient aux côtés de ceux qui œuvrent pour la vérité et la consolidation de l’État de droit », a-t-il déclaré.
Avec ce mini congrès, le RSD confirme sa volonté de peser davantage sur l’échiquier politique national, tout en réaffirmant son appartenance à l’Union Sacrée de la Nation et sa loyauté au président Félix Tshisekedi.
