Me Poupon Mutete, Avocat au barreau de Kinshasa Gombe , dénonce une poursuite judiciaire à l’atteinte à la sûreté de l’État contre leur confrère Me Trésor Kilumba Matiela. D’après le texte du communiqué de presse dont la copie est parvenue à la rédaction du média d’actualité au centre des informations en République Démocratique du Congo, Changement7.net, leur confère est poursuivi d’une infraction qu’il n’est ni de loin ni de près concerné. Cette même source confirme que cette poursuite a commencé d’y il y’a cela un (1) mois.
C’est depuis le début de cette année que les choses tournent mal pour l’ancien responsable de la sécurité présidentielle, François Beya, qui est en détention pour des faits avérés d’atteinte à la sûreté de l’État. En effet, les enquêtes continuent pour établir les responsabilités, bien que plusieurs haut gradés dans l’armée ont été également inculpés pour des raisons d’enquêtes. La liste ne semble pas exhaustive, d’autres cas liés à cette affaire seraient signalés. Le plus récent c’est le cas de Me Kilumbu Matiela Trésor, un des avocats de M. Kidicho Salumu Claude, Chef de protocole au Conseil National de Sécurité, d’abord porté disparu, ensuite détenu pour des raisons d’enquêtes. La famille de Me. Claude Kidicho avait contacté son avocat conseil pour initier une action en justice pour enlèvement contre l’inconnu en date du 19 février de l’année en cours. Bizarrement, l’avocat conseil, Me Kilumbu Matiela Trésor, est interpellé à son tour et un avis de recherche est lancé contre sa personne.
Pour ce faire, l’un des avocats de ce collectif couvert d’anonymat a déploré avec toute la dernière énergie pour le cas de leur confrère Me Kilumbu Matiala Trésor.
«Nous déplorons le cas de Me Kilumbu Matiela Trésor, qui n’a fait que son travail d’avocat conseil en signalant l’enlèvement de son client, M. Claude Kidicho Salumu, responsable du protocole au Conseil National de Sécurité. La justice reproche à Me Kilumbu Matiela Trésor les mêmes griefs qu’à son client. Il est donc poursuivi pour atteinte à la sûreté de l’État, infraction qu’il n’est ni de loin ni de près concerné. En ce jour, plusieurs avis de recherches ont été établis contre sa personne. », a-t-il déclaré.
Et d’ajouter : «D’après les informations à notre possession, Me Kilumbu Matiela Trésor serait en déplacement à l’étranger lors de l’invitation lui adressée par les services de renseignement pour information. Malheureusement son absence prolongée aurait réveiller des suspicions de fuite et donc plusieurs avis de recherches ont été lancés contre ce dernier. »
Il sied de rappeler que, François Beya qui est à ce jour en détention, est impliqué avec plusieurs autres personnes dans la tentative de coup d’État et d’autres faits avérés d’atteinte à la sûreté de l’État.
Signalons que Me KILUMBU fait l’objet d’une poursuite judiciaire pour atteinte à la sûreté de l’état, en ce jour plusieurs avis des recherches ont été établis à sa personne.
