Le Président de la Commission Électorale Nationale Indépendante (CENI), Denis KADIMA KAZADI, séjourne depuis le lundi 7 novembre 2022 à Séoul, en Corée du Sud, dans le cadre d’une visite d’inspection de la production à grande échelle des kits d’identification et d’enrôlement des électeurs.
Le Président de la CENI a tenu une séance de travail avec le Directeur Général de l’entreprise MIRU SYSTEMS, M. Jinbok Chung, qu’entourait son équipe technique et du chef de projet dédié à la RDC.
Le Directeur Général de MIRU SYSTEMS a pris la parole en premier pour souhaiter la bienvenue au Président de la CENI ainsi qu’à sa délégation. Il a, tout de suite, rassuré son hôte que son entreprise ne va ménager aucun effort pour mettre à la disposition de la CENI les 29 700 kits destinés à l’identification et l’enrôlement des électeurs dont le début est prévu le mois prochain.
« Votre visite sera brève, mais nous allons essayer de vous montrer comment MIRU SYSTEMS est organisé pour fournir un travail de qualité et en un temps record « , a déclaré le Directeur Général de MIRU SYSTEMS.
Pendant près d’une heure, le Président de la CENI a échangé avec les équipes de MIRU SYSTEMS sur la programmation convenue à la signature du contrat et les modifications apportées au logiciel selon les indications des experts de la CENI à l’issue du test-grandeur nature organisé au mois de septembre dernier.
Par la suite, le Directeur Général de MIRU SYSTEMS a animé une visite guidée à l’intention de son hôte de marque au cours de laquelle il a présenté les différents départements et services mobilisés pour réaliser les kits destinés à la RDC.
Rappelons que MIRU SYSTEMS a gagné le marché de production des kits d’identification et d’enrôlement des électeurs à l’issue d’un appel d’offres international lancé en juillet dernier lequel prévoit 29 700 kits au total.
