Dans un communiqué rendu public, ce soir dont la copie est sur la table du Changement7.net, la Commission Électorale Nationale Indépendante (CENI), informe à l’opinion publique que, conformément au calendrier électoral rendu public le 26 novembre 2022, la convocation de l’électorat pour l’élection présidentielle aura lieu le 1er septembre 2023.
Pour ce faire, le Bureau de Réception et de Traitement des Candidatures (BRTC) est installé à Kinshasa au 1er niveau de l’immeuble abritant le siège de la CENI, sis au numéro 4471 du Boulevard du 30 juin dans la Commune de la Gombe.
