Kinshasa, vendredi 05 septembre 2025 – La condamnation à trois ans de travaux forcés de l’ancien ministre de la Justice Constant Mutamba continue de provoquer des réactions au sein de la classe politique congolaise. Dans une interview exclusive accordée à Jonathan Bafumvwa Suana, journaliste et directeur général de Changement7.Net, l’ancien député national de la Funa et président du parti Alternative 2028, Ados Ndombasi, a tiré la sonnette d’alarme.
« La République démocratique du Congo a soif de justice : une justice neutre, une justice juste pour chaque citoyen congolais. Malheureusement, depuis un certain temps, la justice congolaise est manipulée et politisée », a déclaré le leader politique, également membre du regroupement Génération Rupture.
« Les manipulateurs de la justice finissent toujours victimes »
Poursuivant son analyse, Ados Ndombasi a rappelé que l’histoire politique du Congo est jalonnée de cas où des dirigeants ayant manipulé la justice ont fini par en payer le prix.
• « Pendant 32 ans, Mobutu organisait des procès politiques contre ses opposants. Certains ont été tués, d’autres exilés ou emprisonnés. Pourtant, à la fin, Mobutu lui-même a dû partir en exil », a-t-il rappelé.
• « Joseph Kabila, pendant 18 ans, a également manipulé la justice. Aujourd’hui, il vit en exil avec plusieurs de ses proches, dont son frère Zoé Kabila et sa sœur Jeannette Kabila », a poursuivi l’ancien élu de la Funa.
Un avertissement à Félix Tshisekedi
Dans son propos, Ados Ndombasi a directement mis en garde l’actuel Chef de l’État :
« Si Mobutu et Kabila, grands manipulateurs de la justice, ont fini en exil, cela pourrait aussi arriver à Félix Tshisekedi. Nous lui demandons sincèrement d’organiser de meilleures réformes de l’appareil judiciaire. »
Il a conclu son intervention par une référence biblique :
« Comme le dit l’Écriture : la justice élève une nation. Ce que nous voulons, c’est une justice qui réponde à l’État, et non aux individus. »
