Une conférence académique s’est tenue ce samedi 29 mars 2025 à l’esplanade de l’ISIPA Mushi, sous le thème : « Quels sont les effets des réseaux sociaux sur nos jeunes en R.D. Congo ? Et l’autonomisation de la femme ».
Organisé en partenariat avec le Forum des Femmes de l’ISIPA, cet événement a réuni plusieurs intervenantes de renom issues de divers domaines, notamment l’entrepreneuriat, la communication et le leadership.
Un panel de femmes influentes pour éclairer la jeunesse
Parmi les panelistes, figuraient :
• Madame Lauriane Ekanda, CEO de ML.Services,
• Madame Naomi Dangbele N’Sele, maîtresse de cérémonie, présentatrice et co-productrice du talk-show Au-delà de la Surface, consultante en communication,
• Madame Prisca Matadi, CEO de P.M. Formation, présidente de Et Si On Parlait (E.S.O.P), spécialiste en ressources humaines, formatrice et conférencière,
• Madame Cornelly Kayembe, servante de Dieu et CEO de Habillement By CK,
• Madame Juliette, femme leader et actrice politique du Nord-Kivu.
Réseaux sociaux : Un outil à double tranchant
Lauriane Ekanda a mis en garde contre les dangers des réseaux sociaux pour la jeunesse congolaise. Elle a insisté sur les risques liés à l’addiction, le cyberharcèlement et l’impact négatif sur les études.
De son côté, Naomi Dangbele N’Sele a souligné que les réseaux sociaux sont comme un couteau à double tranchant. D’un côté, ils peuvent être une source d’éducation et de motivation, mais de l’autre, ils exposent les jeunes à des contenus pouvant freiner leur épanouissement personnel et professionnel.
Cornelly Kayembe a, quant à elle, rappelé que l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux dépend de chaque individu. Selon elle, ces plateformes ne sont qu’un reflet de la personne qui les utilise.
Prisca Matadi a insisté sur l’importance des réseaux sociaux comme outil de communication et de partage d’informations. Cependant, elle a exhorté les parents à jouer un rôle crucial dans l’encadrement des enfants, afin de leur inculquer les valeurs nécessaires pour une utilisation responsable de ces plateformes.
L’autonomisation de la femme, un enjeu de développement national
L’autre grande thématique abordée lors de cette conférence était l’autonomisation de la femme congolaise.
Juliette, leader politique du Nord-Kivu, a souligné que l’indépendance financière et sociale des femmes est un pilier du développement de la nation. Elle a encouragé les jeunes femmes à entreprendre, à croire en leur potentiel et à oser commencer petit pour évoluer progressivement.
Naomi Dangbele N’Sele a insisté sur le fait que les femmes doivent se donner les moyens de réaliser leurs ambitions, sans se fixer de limites.
Un message fort pour la jeunesse et les femmes congolaises
À travers les différentes interventions, un message clair a été transmis : les réseaux sociaux sont un outil puissant, mais leur utilisation doit être maîtrisée et orientée vers des objectifs constructifs.
Par ailleurs, l’autonomisation de la femme a été mise en avant comme un levier essentiel pour le développement du pays, encourageant les femmes à prendre leur place dans la société et à influencer positivement leur environnement.
Cette conférence a ainsi permis d’apporter des pistes de réflexion et des conseils concrets aux jeunes et aux femmes désireuses d’évoluer dans un monde en pleine mutation.
