En dans son périple ostensiblement fulminant dans la gestion des affaires dans cette Alma Mater, notamment en tant queministère de Culture et Arts, Bertin MBUYA a servi ses camarades avec un dévouement exprimé par des actions concrètes que d’aucuns ne peut s’en douter, même ses détracteurs.
Il est le chef que tout le monde préfère corroborer avec dans chaque promotion qu’il passe, surtout dans son département des sciences de l’environnement de la faculté des sciences.
Dès sa nomination en tant que Ministre de l’Environnement et Développement Durable de la Coordination Estudiantine de l’UNIKIN dans le gouvernement sortant du Coordonnateur Marcellin BAGAZA, Bertin MBUYA a beau jouer le rôle d’avant-gardiste de la bonne image de la colline inspirée, au sein du ministère.
Cela s’explique par des actions innovantes et concrètes dont les résultats ont arraché les mots à plus d’un, par l’admiration du travail impeccablement abattu avec performance.
Bertin MBUYA a initié en sa qualité de Ministre de l’Environnement le projet UNIKIN PROPRE, LUBIPAM, Muraille Verte en Bambous de Chine et différents autres projets ; il a en outre organisé plusieurs conférences dans le secteur de l’environnement…
Toutes ces actions importantes et dont l’objectif n’est autre que de : « participer au rayonnement de l’Alma mater, l’université de Kinshasa, selon la mission de l’actuel comité de gestion qui fait de l’étudiant ainsi que de sa contribution au développement socioéconomique du pays, le centre de toutes ses activités de formation et de recherche ».
Pour les élections de la coordination estudiantine de l’UNIKIN qui s’annoncent dans quelques jours, le sacré Bertin MBUYA KILABI qui a dors et déjà déposé sa candidature au poste de Coordonnateur des Étudiants,demande le soutien de tous pour promouvoir une UNIKIN plus INNOVANTE, plus COMPÉTITIVE et plus PROPRE.
