Grâce à ses atouts majeurs ( Intelligence, Discrétion, Sagesse et Probité morale), Barnabé Muakadi a su contourner stratégiquement certaines situations socio-économique au bénéfice de la nation.
Ces dernières années, la Direction générale des Impôts (DGI) a assuré une gestion de tous les records. Des chiffres inédits dans la mobilisation des recettes, des matériels roulants acquis pour le personnel et autres.
L’actuel directeur général des impôts demeure, à ce jour, le plus grand mobilisateur des recettes de tout le temps à la DGI.
Ci-dessous, le parcours plein d’admiration de l’homme qui fait bouger les lignes au sein de la DGI.
Pendant que la République démocratique du Congo traverse des moments difficiles liés notamment à l’aggravation de la guerre dans l’Est du pays, la révision constitutionnelle et autres situations qui touchent la vie quotidienne des congolais, un gestionnaire se distingue par son savoir faire dans son secteur.
Nommé directeur général des Impôts en juin 2020, Barnabé Muakadi Muamba, réalise des performances au-delà des assignation prévues par le gouvernement. Depuis qu’il est à la tête de ce service d’assiette fiscale, l’homme a en effet déployé « des grands efforts ».
Il a réussi a offrir à la République des résultats au-delà de l’entendement du gouvernement.
Ainsi, sa présence à la tête de la DGI a permis au gouvernement de capter énormément d’argent pour mener à bien sa politique. Ce qui a suscité des réactions positives de la part du gouvernement en décernant même un trophée à Barnabé Muakadi pour toutes ses réalisations.
Sous sa supervision, la DGI est devenue une véritable machine génératrice des ressources pour le budget de l’Etat.
