« Excellence, Monsieur le Ministre provincial, c’est avec une grande joie que nous avons appris la nouvelle de votre élévation en tant que ministre provincial des infrastructures, travaux publics et Reconstruction. Étant qu’ingénieur civil des constructions, votre expertise et vos connaissances des enjeux industriels sont des atouts précieux pour la ville de Kinshasa.
L’ordre national des ingénieurs civils (Oniciv) tient à vous adresser ses chaleureuses félicitations et à vous assurer de son soutien ainsi que sa collaboration dans l’exercice de vos fonctions.
