Soucieux de bâtir un pays plus beau qu’avant dans la paix, ce vendre 19 mai 2023, le réseau citoyen Po na Congo, lance officiellement le projet de consultations populaires » Congo Tolingi » à l’espace boboto à Kinshasa/Gombe.
À en croire les initiateurs de ce mouvement, dans un contexte d’année électorale, ces consultations ont pour objectif de recenser les attentes des citoyennes et citoyens congolais pour leur futur. Ainsi cataloguées, priorisées et centralisées, elles sauront etre prises en compte par les gouvernants de demain.
En effet, ces travaux permettront de bâtir ensemble un Contrat Social entre les gouvernants et les citoyens.
Pour se faire, les consultations Congo Tolingi ( le Congo que nous voulons ) se dérouleront en trois étapes afin de permettre à chaque citoyen de s’exprimer et mettront en avant les jeunes et les femmes. Une première sur le terrain, avec des rencontres dans les 35 villes de la République Démocratique du Congo, une seconde sous la forme de tribunes populaires, et une dernière sous forme virtuelle, pour tous ceux qui ne pourront se rendre physiquement aux deux autres formes de consultations de participer pleinement à ce projet.
Les consultations ont vocation à se concentrer sur des thèmes cruciaux mais peu abordés aujourd’hui, en plus des thèmes essentiels et chers à toute congolaise et congolais.
Indiquons que seront notamment abordés les sujets de leadership politique, de pouvoir d’achat, de sécurité, de santé, d’éducation, et de corruption.
Il sied de signaler que le réseau citoyen Po na Congo regroupe des activistes des mouvements citoyens notamment de la Lucha et de Filimbi, la société civile ainsi que des citoyennes et des citoyens engagés, notamment des membres des ministères de Laïcs Protestants ( MILAPRO), du Conseil de l’Apostolat des Laïcs Catholique du Congo (CALCC).
