À l’occasion du lancement du salon d’entrepreneuriat 2022, le Coordonnateur de l’Union des Jeunes Entrepreneurs du Congo (UJECO), Célestin Bakamana, samedi 02 juillet 2022, a organisé une conférence de presse pour un échange autour des questions liées à l’entreprenariat en RDC. C’est l’Espace Grand Kasaï situé dans la Commune de Lingwala qui a servi de cadre pour cette activité. Ensuite, il a annoncé la tenue en date du 05 et 09 juillet prochain du Salon Entrepreneuriat 2022, au Salon-Rouge du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères.
A en croire le Coordonnateur de l’Union des Jeunes Entrepreneurs du Congo (UJECO), cette plateforme est une structure dont les membres sont les responsables des associations et sociétés, entreprises de droit privé et public, ainsi que les organisations patronales et syndicales des micros, petites, moyennes entreprises et artisanat.
En effet, l’UJECO est un cadre d’échange et d’encadrement de la pour créer une nouvelle classe d’entrepreneurs crédibles. Et pour cela, cette structure cherche toujours des voies et moyens les plus appropriés pour palier aux problèmes de chômage afin de sortir les jeunes de la précarité et certains actes négatifs comme « Kuluna, bombé, vol, extorsion et autres », a indiqué le Coordonnateur Célestin Bakamana.
Pour se faire, le Coordonnateur Célestin à solliciter l’accompagnement de la presse pour ces deux grandes activités de grandes envergures qui se pointent à l’horizon.
« Si aujourd’hui, on a fait appel aux journalistes pour la conférence de presse, c’est pour que le message circule. Le message doit circuler pour une bonne réussite de l’activité, de l’événement du 05 juillet puisque travailler sans médias, c’est vraiment risqué. C’est pourquoi, nous transmettons le message aux jeunes, à la jeunesse congolaise de venir à l’activité au Salon Entrepreneuriat 2022 », a-t-il indiqué.
Et d’ajouter : « Quand les jeunes acceptent d’entreprendre, c’est à ce moment-là que nous lançons, après le Salon, une séance de formation. C’est après la formation que nous procédons à la remise officielle des documents de l’Etat pour la création d’entreprise ».
Pour sa part, la Chargée du leadership féminin de l’UJECO, Mme Esther Musau a martelé sur l’objectif poursuivi par leur structure en vue d’aider la jeunesse à se développer dans le monde entrepreneurial.
« Nous sommes réunis ensemble dans un réseau pour aider les jeunes qui n’ont pas d’emploi à leur donnant une formation pour entreprendre et aussi être les chefs d’entreprise demain. Car, c’est ce qui peut faire la force de la RDC, notre pays. Plus nous demandons des emplois, plus notre pays ne va pas se développer », indique Esther Musau.
Elle a enfin inviter les jeunes à la prise de conscience et à être autonomes
« Il n’y a pas des conditions, mais nous demandons un petit montant qui permettra à l’UJECO de donner la formation à la personne demandée et cet argent servira d’obtenir des documents légalisés pour avoir une entreprise », a-t-elle ajouté.
Il y a lieu de signaler que le Coordonnateur de l’Union des Jeunes Entrepreneurs du Congo (UJECO), a annoncé l’organisation en date du 05 et 09 juillet prochain du Salon Entrepreneuriat 2022, lesquelles activités se tiendront au Salon-Rouge du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères de la République Démocratique du Congo
Signalons que ce Salon d’Entrepreneuriat est la troisième édition, ensuite des thèmes ces activités se choisissent à la conférence de presse pendant le moment d’échange et partage.
