Du 18 au 20 août 2025, le Musée National de Kinshasa accueillera un événement inédit : la Semaine de l’Étudiant, initiée par TBC Academia. Trois jours de conférences, d’ateliers pratiques et de rencontres inspirantes pour outiller les jeunes Congolais face aux défis du monde professionnel.
Cette initiative, soutenue par le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire et le Ministère de la Jeunesse, vise à équiper la jeunesse congolaise pour un avenir professionnel réussi.
Cette conférence de trois jours est conçue pour offrir des opportunités concrètes aux étudiants actuels et aux futurs universitaires, en les guidant afin d’éviter les pièges courants lors de leur entrée dans la vie active.
Le programme débutera le premier jour par une session dédiée à la performance étudiante dans le contexte technologique actuel, sous le thème : « Comment être un étudiant au top à l’ère du numérique ». Un panel d’experts suivra, abordant la transition post-universitaire avec « L’après-université : votre guide pour une transition réussie », établissant un pont essentiel entre le monde académique et le milieu professionnel.
Le deuxième jour mettra l’accent sur l’aspect pratique avec un atelier intensif sur le développement professionnel. Des séances de coaching et de mentorat seront proposées, animées par des professionnels aguerris, offrant aux participants des conseils personnalisés et des outils pratiques.
La Semaine de l’Étudiant culminera par un concours de projets, offrant des perspectives de carrière significatives, et promettant de nombreuses surprises.
L’accès à cette première édition est entièrement gratuit, une décision prise pour garantir que tous les étudiants congolais puissent bénéficier de cette opportunité. Les organisateurs appellent la jeunesse à saisir cette chance unique d’être accompagnée pour définir et concrétiser leur avenir à travers des approches novatrices et des solutions concrètes.
