Dans une conférence tenue au centre d’études pour l’action sociale ( CEPAC en sigle) sous la thématique : » L’histoire de la sauvegarde de l’intégrité territoriale du Congo. Quelle leçon pour l’avenir ? » en date du 28 avril dernier, le professeur et historien de haute facture de la République Démocratique du Congo Isidore Ndaywel a apporté la lumière sur quelques zones d’ombre en vue d’éclairer et d’orienter l’opinion sur l’histoire du Grand Congo.
Répondant aux participants sur la question de la nationalité congolaise, le professeur Isidore Ndaywel laisse entendre que cette dernière est une question juridique et non communautaire, avant d’inviter les congolais de connaître d’abord l’histoire du pays avant de l’aimer.
En effet, connaissant mieux l’histoire du Congo profond, ce grand historien n’a pas répondu seulement aux questions du passé de l’histoire de ce pays, mais aussi du présent et du futur en vue de nourrir en connaissance l’esprit de tout le monde qui aura l’occasion de suivre ses enseignements à travers le monde.
Par ailleurs, son exposé considéré par les participants comme tout un enseignement vise à amener les congolais à prendre l’engagement pour mieux vivre leur présent et préparer leur futur afin d’amener le pays au développement tant attendu par les filles et fils de la RDC.
Autres, il recommande une rédaction constitutionnelle qui engage tous les congolais en tenant compte de l’expérience propre de ce peuple, en lieu et place de recourir à des pratiques que les autres ont déjà utilisé dans d’autres cieux.
Concernant la situation économique, le professeur Isidore Ndaywel suggère que le gouvernement puisse revenir sur la loi Bakajika qui dans, son esprit, soutient que la terre appartient à l’Etat, nationaliser le secteur minier les services sociaux de base.
