Le lundi 25 août 2025, le Général Major Roger Isiyo a lancé avec succès sa visite d’itinérance dans la commune de Dilala. Cette tournée s’inscrit dans une dynamique de police de proximité, plaçant la collaboration entre forces de l’ordre et citoyens au cœur de la sécurité publique.
Partout où il passe, le Commandant provincial réunit les officiers supérieurs de la Police nationale congolaise (PNC), la police routière, les chefs de quartiers, les responsables des cellules, les bourgmestres ainsi que les représentants de la société civile.
Lors de ses allocutions, le Général Isio insiste sur le rôle fondamental de la police en République Démocratique du Congo : prévenir le crime, protéger la population et instaurer la confiance mutuelle.
« La sécurité est une responsabilité partagée. Une police efficace repose sur le partenariat avec la population », a-t-il rappelé.
À travers cette tournée d’itinérance, le Général Roger Isio affirme sa volonté de bâtir une police proche, accessible et respectueuse des citoyens du Lualaba.
