Kinshasa – Lukunga. La Fondation Sangana, sous l’égide de la députée nationale Clémence Sangana Bilonda, a clôturé avec succès sa campagne de distribution de kits scolaires, baptisée « Tous les Enfants à l’École ». Une initiative destinée à soutenir les parents face aux lourdes charges de la rentrée scolaire, en droite ligne avec la vision du Chef de l’État sur la gratuité de l’enseignement.
Une cérémonie marquée par la proximité avec la population
La clôture a eu lieu dans le quartier Lutendele, à Mont-Ngafula. L’équipe de la Fondation a parcouru plusieurs églises locales – l’église Trône Divin, l’église catholique Saint-Maurice et l’église kimbanguiste – afin d’y distribuer des fournitures scolaires aux fidèles. Des dons ont également été remis aux chefs coutumiers et aux femmes maraîchères de la communauté.
Prenant la parole au nom de l’élue, Annie Bola, représentante de l’honorable Sangana, a souligné :
« L’objectif principal est de rendre la gratuité de l’enseignement concrète pour tous. L’honorable m’a demandé de vous dire qu’elle vous porte dans son cœur, et qu’elle sait que vous la portez aussi dans le vôtre. Vous l’avez choisie aux élections, elle ne vous abandonnera jamais. »
Des témoignages de reconnaissance
Les habitants de Lutendele ont exprimé une gratitude unanime. L’un d’eux a déclaré :
« Nous remercions l’honorable Sangana pour ce geste. Elle a refusé de rester loin, elle est descendue là où nous, les pauvres, habitons. Elle nous aide : elle a installé un forage, remis des arrosoirs et du matériel aux maraîchères. Que Dieu la bénisse. »
Soutien économique aux femmes commerçantes
Connue pour son engagement en faveur de l’autonomisation des femmes, Clémence Sangana a également invité ses voisines commerçantes à une réunion de concertation. Pour renforcer leurs activités, elle leur a remis une enveloppe financière en plus des kits scolaires.
Dans une ambiance chaleureuse, les bénéficiaires ont surnommé la députée « Mwinda ya Lukunga » (la Lumière de Lukunga).
« Merci beaucoup maman. Nous avons reçu les cahiers et l’enveloppe. Moi, je suis vendeuse de fufu. Je n’avais plus de fonds. Grâce à ce geste, dès demain je reprends mon commerce. Beaucoup ont eu nos voix et ont disparu, mais l’honorable Sangana est restée avec nous », a confié une commerçante émue.
Une élue proche de son peuple
La rencontre s’est achevée par une photo de famille, symbole d’unité et de solidarité. Par ses actions concrètes, Clémence Sangana Bilonda s’impose comme un espoir pour la population congolaise, en particulier celle de Lukunga, grâce à son dévouement et à sa présence constante sur le terrain.
