Samedi 11 novembre 2023, dans le cadre de la préparation électorale, la Dynamique Progressiste Révolutionnaire DYPRO en sigle a tenue un meeting de vérité au terrain Bouddha dans la Commune de N’djili.
Face aux kinois, le plus jeunes des candidats à la magistrature suprême de décembre prochain, Me Constant Mutamba a été présenté comme candidat de la rupture devant les militantes et militants de cette formation politique.
Après avoir été présenté devant ses siens, il a ensuite présenté son programme politique articulé autour de la rupture avec l’ancien système de gestion au sommet de l’état.
En effet, le chômage, les anti valeurs, les inégalités sociales, l’insécurité à l’Est du pays et tant d’autres sont des choses énumérées dans l’offre politique de la Dypro que les congolais sont appelé à dire non.
Plus que déterminé à remporter la victoire, le chef de file de la Dypro s’est déclaré prêt à affronter les épreuves électorales qui se faufilent à l’horizon.
A la question de la candidature commune de l’opposition, comme toujours, le président Constant Mutamba affirme qu’il est le seul et l’unique potentiel candidat de l’opposition au scrutin présidentiel.
Constant Mutamba est le candidat numéro 2 à l’élection présidentielle de 2023. À 35 ans, il est considéré comme le plus jeunes des candidats présidents de la république.
Mutamba serait-il le leader incontournable de l’opposition et la surprise des élections de 2023 ?
Aujourd’hui, il est devenu impossible de parler des opposants congolais sans parler de Constant Mutamba Tungunga et de son regroupement politique. Certes, il n’est pas premier mais il est dans le top 10 des opposants les plus influents en République Démocratique du Congo.
Après 5 ou 10 ans, il sera difficile de parler d’autres noms des opposants dans la scène politique congolaise vu leurs âges. De son coté, son âge est l’une de choses qui le permettra d’être le guide de l’opposition quand ces vielles figures ne seront plus aux affaires dans les années à venir.
L’homme de la rupture est la définition par excellence du mot courage, détermination et leadership.
