Dans une tribune incisive, Moussa Kalema, président du PVR et cadre du FCC, répond frontalement à l’ancien Premier ministre Adolphe Muzito, qu’il accuse d’éluder les vraies urgences nationales dans sa récente sortie médiatique. Il rejette toute idée de dialogue alibi pour le partage du pouvoir, et appelle à une mobilisation patriotique pour sauver la République en danger.
Pour cet ancien ministre, Adolphe Muzito a éludé dans sa tribune les véritables enjeux de l’heure, alors que la République vacille sous le poids de l’insécurité, de la mauvaise gouvernance et de la perte d’autorité de l’État.
Dans la même tribune, Moussa Kalema accuse son interlocuteur de tenir un discours ambigu, loin des aspirations profondes du peuple congolais. Et, surtout, il rejette toute idée d’initier des dialogues de façade qui auront pour but le partage du pouvoir, plaidant plutôt pour un dialogue républicain, souverain, transparent et centré sur les priorités essentielles, à savoir : sécurité, justice, restauration de l’État et vérité. Face à ce qu’il qualifie de dérive du régime actuel, il réaffirme la posture ferme de la Résistance portée par le FCC, sa famille politique, et appelle à un sursaut patriotique pour sauver la Nation.

Adolphe Muzito et le piège du faux dialogue : ce que la Résistance ne peut accepter !
La Nation congolaise est à la croisée des chemins. Notre peuple endure l’humiliation, la misère qui le gangrène, l’insécurité croissante, la perte des repères moraux et la négation de sa souveraineté.
En ce moment critique de son histoire, les élites ont l’obligation morale et le devoir de dire la vérité afin de tracer une démarcation nette et claire entre ce qui est bien pour la République et ce qui ne l’est pas, et assumer leur responsabilité historique avec dignité.
C’est dans cet esprit que je me permets de réagir, en homme d’État averti, en Président et Leader de PVR, en militant de la République et en membre de la Résistance incarnée par le FCC, sans passion, à la 33ᵉ tribune de l’ancien Premier ministre Adolphe Muzito consacrée au dialogue.
Dans sa production du 14 juillet, ce dernier, de manière déroutante, a passé outre les vraies préoccupations du peuple congolais à l’instant où la RDC se liquéfie et se délite dangereusement, où la fragilité de l’État devient manifeste, où la violence s’impose comme mode de gouvernance. La parole des anciens chefs de gouvernement devrait éclairer, orienter, oser. Cette 33ᵉ tribune, hélas, contourne les nœuds du problème et échappe à la vérité.
C’est pourquoi il devient dès lors nécessaire de remettre les pendules à l’heure. Non pas par polémique, mais pour rétablir la vérité au nom de l’exigence politique que commande le moment historique. Car, face à la dérive du régime actuel, le PVR, notre parti, et la Résistance républicaine que le FCC incarne, ne peuvent plus se contenter d’analyses floues ou de positions tièdes et hypocrites. Elle doit dire clairement ce qui se joue, ce qu’elle refuse, et ce qu’elle propose.
Une opposition ne peut pas flotter entre résistance et collaboration
Le Nouvel Élan du Premier ministre Muzito s’est longtemps revendiqué de l’opposition. Pourtant, à la lecture de sa tribune, on cherche en vain la dénonciation claire du système en place. Pas un mot sur la caporalisation du Parlement, sur l’instrumentalisation de la justice, sur l’usage de la violence contre les opposants, les journalistes ou les citoyens. Silence sur les scandales économiques, les détournements, l’effondrement des services publics. Mutisme total sur l’échec patent de l’État à sécuriser ses frontières, protéger ses citoyens et préserver son intégrité territoriale.
Cette prudence excessive ressemble à un calcul. Elle décrédibilise la parole d’opposition et jette le doute sur les réelles intentions de son auteur. La République n’a pas besoin de médiateurs ambigus, mais de résistants cohérents. Et aujourd’hui, il faut le dire : le pouvoir actuel n’a pas besoin de dialogue, il a besoin d’un rappel à l’ordre républicain.
Dialogue ou compromission ? Il faut choisir.
Le PVR, parti politique membre du FCC, plateforme de la Résistance nationale, ne s’oppose pas au principe du dialogue en soi. Mais il refuse toute négociation qui reconduit les impostures du passé : partage des postes, deals personnels, pactes entre élites au détriment du peuple. Le Congo ne peut plus se permettre ce cynisme.
Oui au dialogue, mais pas avec les bourreaux du peuple. Oui au dialogue, mais pas à n’importe quel prix. Le dialogue n’est pas une voie détournée pour entrer au gouvernement, c’est une opportunité pour refonder la République sur des bases solides.
Aujourd’hui, le pays a besoin d’un dialogue :
Sous souveraineté congolaise, et non imposé depuis Doha ou Washington ;
Avec des objectifs clairs : sécurité, vérité, justice, restauration de l’État ;
Sous contrôle institutionnel et citoyen, et non dans les cercles obscurs du pouvoir ;
Avec des garanties fermes, et non des promesses électoralistes.
Ce que la Résistance dénonce
Nous, au PVR/FCC, avons fait le choix de rester debout, au prix de la répression, des assassinats ciblés, des arrestations arbitraires. Nous avons résisté au débauchage, à la corruption, aux intimidations. Et nous dénonçons :
La séquestration du pouvoir d’État par une coalition illégitime construite sur l’achat des consciences ;
L’instrumentalisation de la justice contre les opposants et les voix libres ;
La fragilisation de l’autorité de l’État dans l’Est du pays, abandonné aux groupes armés ;
La gouvernance par le mensonge, la manipulation, l’intoxication ;
Le tribalisme, le népotisme, la terreur et la tentation dictatoriale par la modification de la Constitution.
Le PVR/FCC : une alternative républicaine crédible
Contrairement à l’Union sacrée – conglomérat sans projet, sans doctrine, sans colonne vertébrale –, le FCC porte un projet clair, un socle idéologique fort et une vision moderne de l’État. Tous les opportunistes et transhumants politiques ont quitté le navire : ce qu’il reste du FCC aujourd’hui, c’est un noyau dur, une force cohérente, un espoir pour le pays.
Nous ne voulons pas gérer le chaos. Nous voulons restaurer la République.
Nous ne cherchons pas à entrer au pouvoir à tout prix. Nous voulons refonder l’État sur le socle de la vérité et de la justice.
En conclusion : la Résistance parle haut et clair
Le dialogue ne sera utile que s’il répond à la crise de l’État, pas aux ambitions personnelles.
Le Congo ne sera sauvé que par ceux qui osent dire non aux imposteurs, non aux dérives, non à la compromission.
La République est en danger. C’est notre devoir de la sauver. Et c’est maintenant.
