La Plateforme des Mamans et Femmes Engagées de la RDC (PLAMFE RDC) a procédé, le samedi 13 décembre 2025, au lancement officiel de ses activités pour l’exercice 2025-2026, lors d’une cérémonie organisée à son siège situé à Mont-Ngafula, dans le quartier Mama Mobutu, sur l’avenue KILIYO A, n°26.
Faisant d’une pierre deux coups, cette rencontre a également servi de cadre d’échanges, de sensibilisation et de formation avec les membres autour de thématiques majeures liées à la condition féminine, au leadership et à la gouvernance.
Des échanges axés sur les droits, le leadership et la gouvernance
Trois points principaux ont été inscrits à l’ordre du jour :
1. Les droits fondamentaux de la femme et de la jeune fille, en lien avec les 16 jours d’activisme contre les violences faites aux femmes (activité du mois de novembre) ;
2. Le leadership et la gouvernance, thème du mois de décembre ;
3. Divers.
Les droits fondamentaux au cœur de la sensibilisation
Le premier thème a été développé par Me Edna Lwamba, qui a sensibilisé les participantes sur les droits fondamentaux de la femme, tels que consacrés par la Constitution de la République démocratique du Congo, notamment aux articles 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 30 et 31.
Elle a évoqué, entre autres, le droit à la vie, à l’éducation, à la santé, à l’expression, à l’information, à la liberté ainsi qu’à une justice équitable, avant de conclure son exposé par une présentation des organes de protection des droits humains en RDC.
Leadership féminin et gouvernance responsable
Le thème du leadership et de la gouvernance a été développé par Mme Eulalie Kanama, qui a exhorté les femmes à se former et à s’informer continuellement, rappelant que chaque femme est une actrice du développement, une entrepreneure potentielle et un pilier essentiel de la transformation sociale.
Au cours de la rubrique Divers, les membres ont accueilli avec une grande satisfaction la réception officielle du Statut et du Règlement intérieur notariés de la PLAMFE RDC, marquant ainsi une étape importante dans la structuration et la reconnaissance légale de la plateforme.
À cette occasion, la présidente Chantal Kanama a exprimé sa profonde gratitude à Me Edna Lwamba pour son implication, sa disponibilité et son accompagnement juridique.
Un engagement renouvelé pour 2025-2026
La réunion s’est clôturée dans une atmosphère conviviale et de grande satisfaction, témoignant de l’engagement renouvelé des membres. À travers cette activité, la PLAMFE RDC réaffirme sa détermination à promouvoir les droits des femmes, le leadership féminin et la bonne gouvernance, en vue de bâtir une société plus juste, inclusive et équitable.
