Le Coordonnateur de la structure Action Fatshi 2023, Patrick Onoya a organisé le samedi 28 mai 2022, une journée d’échange et de réflexion autour des stratégiques pouvant aider le Chef de l’État Félix Tshisekedi à maintenir le pouvoir pour le second mandat en 2023. Une activité qui a réuni plusieurs cadres de l’Union Pour la Démocratie et le Progrès Social (UDPS), cette activité s’est déroulée dans la Commune de Limete à Kinshasa la capitale.
Pour le Coordonnateur de cette structure Patrick Onoya qui a fait le résumé de cette réflexion à la presse, un diagnostic stratégique sur l’UDPS et ses alliés a été fait avant de déboucher sur les différents ateliers de réflexion.
« Aujourd’hui, nous nous sommes focalisés sur les ateliers où nous avons commencé par faire un diagnostic stratégique de la famille UDPS et alliés et ce diagnostic stratégique a permis de relever les forces de l’UDPS et alliés sur lesquelles nous devons nous focaliser pour assurer la réélection de Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, Président de la République en 2023, mais aussi en lui accordant une majorité parlementaire à tous les niveaux c’est-à-dire au niveau national ainsi qu’au niveau provincial », a-t-il indiqué.
Et d’ajouter : « Qu’ils ont eu à analyser les faiblesses qui rongent la famille UDPS et alliés, après cela analyser les menaces provenant de l’opposition, de l’environnement macroéconomique et les menaces provenant de l’environnement politique, en présentant l’opportunité qui est la raison d’être de ce séminaire qu’est la réélection de Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo en 2023 ».
En effet, le Coordonnateur de la structure ACTION FATSHI 2023, a laissé entendre que la mise en place des stratégies électorales prochaines devrait se baser sur les forces en tenant compte des faiblesses de la famille UDPS et alliés qui doivent absolument être revues à la baisse et les menaces qui doivent être ménagées.
Rappelons qu’au cours de cette journée de réflexion, quelques intervenants ont défilé du haut de la tribune pour prendre la parole. Il s’agit notamment du Secrétaire Général adjoint de l’UDPS, Guy Bao qui a focalisé son intervention sur l’unité de commandement comme facteur de la conservation du pouvoir. Il s’en est suivi de Sylvain Mutombo, ancien Ministre délégué à la défense qui s’est focalisé sur la question de l’intelligence du temps comme nécessité pour la conservation du pouvoir. Enfin, le Président Senga, a abordé la question du Marketing politique en particulier en analysant la problématique de la jeunesse.
Le coordonnateur de la structure ACTION FATSHI 2023, a promis que : « le Secrétariat technique de cette journée de réflexion devra faire la compilation de toutes les interventions en un rapport qui sera non seulement transmis à la hiérarchie actuelle du Parti présidentiel, mais aussi à la haute autorité de référence du Parti qu’est Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo ».
Il sied de Signaler qu’une autre journée de réflexion est prévue pour le mois prochain, toujours dans le cadre du soutien au Président Félix Tshisekedi
