Constant Mutamba a préconisé la bonne gouvernance au cours de ces échanges, pour le développement de la ville Province de la Lomami. La salle Polyvalente » LE BATACLAN CHEZ FANAL » dans la commune de Lemba a servi de cadre pour ses assises.
En maître de la jeunesse de la République Démocratique du Congo, Constant Mutamba a mis tous les étudiants ressortissants de cette Province de Lomami d’accord par son exposé face aux problèmes qui gangrènent cette partie du pays.
Durant toute la journée du samedi, le rassembleur de la jeunesse congolaise et président national de la DYPRO a conscientisé les fils et filles digne de la Lomami à travers une série des questions et réponses qui lui a été accordé par ces derniers.
