En effet, c’est au cours d’un sit-in organisé devant la Cour de Cassation à Kinshasa-Gombe que les jeunes du parti Alliance pour le Changement ont saisi les autorités de la Cour de Cassation pour demander l’acquittement du soldat du peuple, Jean-Marc Kabund-A-Kabund.
Selon le Président de la Ligue des Jeunes de l’ACH Parfait Zola, cette manifestation se veut d’un énième de l’appel à l’exécution de l’Ordonnance d’assignation à résidence surveillée, rendue par la Cour de Cassation en date du 12 août 2022 conformément à l’article 72 alinéa 2 et 3 de la Loi n°13/010 du 19 février 2013 relative à la procédure devant la Cour de Cassation, qui continue scandaleusement de connaître une obstruction, pourtant selon la procédure il revient au Procureur Général le devoir d’exécuter cette de justice pour cette affaire.
Par ailleurs, la Ligue des Jeunes appelle le Procureur Général à l’exécution de la libération sans condition de leur President.
» Monsieur le Procureur Général, veuillez exécuter l’assignation à résidence surveillée de l’Honorable Jean-Marc Kabund-A-Kabund et ensuite mettez définitivement fin aux poursuites judiciaires à sa charge, car par son point de presse du 18 juillet 2022, notre Président National vous avait dénoncé des faits évidents devant vous permettre de l’approcher à priori comme un potentiel renseignant et non comme un infracteur hasardeux « , renseigne le mémo.
Il sied de noter que la Ligue des Jeunes de l’ACH prend le peuple congolais à témoin ce jour sur les dérives du pouvoir en place, au sujet de cette détention qu’elle considère arbitraire et honteuse. Ensuite, elle promet d’utiliser tous les moyens légaux et non violent pour obtenir la libération de l’Honorable Jean-Marc Kabund-A-Kabund, au cas où sa mise en liberté n’intervient pas au plus vite possible.
