La Rectrice a notamment régularisé la situation salariale : les agents, autrefois rémunérés à des taux non conformes (16 000 FC = 10 USD), perçoivent désormais un salaire ajusté (28 000 FC = 10 USD), preuve d’un climat professionnel mieux géré et plus équitable.
Une prise en charge concrète des étudiants
L’actuelle administration se démarque également par une attention soutenue aux besoins académiques, scientifiques et sociaux des étudiants. Le comité de gestion répond de manière tangible aux préoccupations de la communauté estudiantine, et aucune hausse des frais académiques n’a été appliquée durant son mandat, soulageant ainsi les familles.
Des infrastructures modernisées
L’UPN se modernise à vue d’œil. Sous l’impulsion de Madame la Rectrice, de nouveaux bâtiments ont vu le jour, ainsi que des terrains de football et de basketball flambant neufs. Ces infrastructures seront bientôt inaugurées par le Chef de l’État, témoignant du rayonnement retrouvé de l’université et de son alignement avec la vision nationale.
