Quel est l’impact de la visite apostolique du numéro un des églises Catholiques à Kinshasa ?
Dans un pays comme la République Démocratique du Congo, là où la population estimée à 80% passe des nuits et jours dans les églises cherchant la face de l’Eternel pour leur venir en aide vis-à-vis de toutes les difficultés qu’elle traverse au quotidien, comme tout chrétien, la visite du Pape François au Congo est un signe fort d’espoir, d’unité, d’amour et de la cohésion nationale pour le peuple congolais. Tous, nous leur gardons un accueil chaleureux et le souhaitons la bienvenue.
Depuis l’annonce de l’arrivée de ce dernier au Congo, les torchons brulent dans la classe politique congolaise. Dans l’opposition tout comme au pouvoir. Partant de ce constant, nous voyons déjà comment la visite apostolique du Pape ne répondra pas aux attentes de la population congolaise.
A l’allure où vont les choses, les dirigeants congolais par leurs sorties médiatique précoces laisse entendre que la visite du Souverain Pontife ne sera pas bénéfique au peuple Congo. Parce que, ceux qui sont au pouvoir considèrent cet évènement comme un très bon canal pouvant leur servir à convaincre la population pour qu’ils soient réélus et maintenu au sommet de l’état après les élections.
Pour ceux de l’opposition, si le Souverain sera sur le sol congolais c’est pour compatir avec la population congolaise en général et celle de l’Est en particulier victimes de toutes sortes des guerres et crimes contre l’humanité connues pendant des décennies. Donc, c’est un évènement hors la politique, mais aussi avantageux pour eux car cela le permet d’étaler l’incompétence de la classe politique dirigeante.
En effet, dans l’opposition comme au pouvoir toute les deux parties cherchent à s’approprier de ladite visite apostolique, mais qu’est-ce qui est caché derrière cette visite à quelques mois des élections et pendant que la partie Est de la République est sous occupation Rwandaise ?
Dans ce jeux politique autour de cette visite, quelle est la part de la population ? Et qu’elles seront les retombées économiques et sociales pour toute la République Démocratique du Congo ?
Nous invitons les autorités congolaises de s’occuper de la politique et de l’organisation des élections qui se faufilent à l’horizon. Par contre, nous appelons la population à la vigilance et à ne pas être manipulé par les politiques.
Signalons que le Souverain pontife s’est exprimé ce lundi, 30 janvier à travers son compte Tweeter, pour confirmer sa venue à Kinshasa, 24 heures avant son arrivée en RDC.
« Demain, je partirai pour un voyage apostolique en République Démocratique du Congo et en Soudan du Sud. Je salue avec affection ces chers peuples qui m’attendent. Je demande à chacun, s’il vous plait, d’accompagner ce voyage par la prière », a-t-il écrit sur son compte Tweeter.
Nous notons à présent que l’arrivée du Pape François reste qu’une question des heures. Le Pape François est attendu à Kinshasa, ce mardi 31 janvier, il restera jusqu’au vendredi 03 février avant de s’envoler pour Khartoum.
