Le Président de la République, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a signé, le lundi dans la soirée, une ordonnance présidentielle portant nomination d’un nouveau Secrétaire Général du Ministère en charge des personnes vivant avec handicap et autres vulnérables.
En effet, Mr François Kasanda Lumembu est le tout récent Secrétaire Général du Ministère en charge des personnes vivant avec handicap, nommé par le Chef de l’État.
Signalons que, cette ordonnance présidentielle a été lue sur les antennes de la Radio Télévision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC), le lundi 25 septembre 2023, lors du journal télévisé de 20h00.
