À l’heure où la République démocratique du Congo s’apprête à connaître la formation du gouvernement Suminwa II, j’adresse un appel vibrant au garant du bon fonctionnement des institutions, Son Excellence Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, Président de la République et Magistrat suprême, pour qu’il procède à un casting politique audacieux et inédit.
L’heure n’est plus à la complaisance ni au calcul politicien, mais à la désignation d’hommes et de femmes dignes, compétents et loyaux, capables de relever les défis pressants auxquels notre nation est confrontée.
Parmi ces défis se trouve l’application rigoureuse de l’accord de paix récemment signé entre la RDC et le Rwanda, sous la médiation des États-Unis. Cet accord, fruit de longues négociations et d’un engagement sans relâche de plusieurs acteurs, nécessite des artisans du dialogue et de la paix, des personnalités capables de porter cette dynamique au sein de l’appareil étatique.
Il convient de rappeler que dans les coulisses et les canaux d’information de notre pays, plusieurs citoyens congolais politiques, intellectuels et leaders d’opinion ont mené un travail acharné de sensibilisation pour faire advenir cet accord. Ils sont nombreux, mais dans cette réflexion, je souhaite attirer l’attention sur trois figures :
Timothée Lenoir Efika, Patrick N’tambwe Onoya et M’fumu Toto Basanga, tous proches du pouvoir en place.
Depuis l’accession du Président Tshisekedi à la magistrature suprême, ces personnalités influentes, connues pour leur fidélité constante, leur engagement républicain et leur soutien indéfectible au chef de l’État, semblent pourtant placées aux oubliettes. Une mise à l’écart qui interroge.
Pourquoi ces hommes, pourtant loyaux et actifs, ne figurent-ils pas dans les cercles décisionnels du pouvoir ?
Est-ce un simple oubli stratégique ?
Une volonté délibérée d’effacement ?
Ou leur loyauté devrait-elle encore passer par de nouvelles épreuves pour mériter une reconnaissance politique ?
Ces questions restent sans réponses, mais elles alimentent un sentiment de frustration grandissant au sein de la population, qui observe avec désarroi ce qu’elle considère comme une forme de discrimination politique envers ceux qui œuvrent pour la stabilité du pays, la défense de ses institutions et l’intégrité de son territoire.
Si cet accord de paix doit réellement marquer un tournant, il ne peut être dissocié de ceux qui l’ont préparé, défendu et rendu possible. Leurs expertises, leurs idées et leur sens de l’État doivent désormais être intégrés dans la gouvernance nationale.
Le temps est venu pour le Président de la République de valoriser les compétences réelles plutôt que de s’entourer de courtisans.
Le Congo a besoin de bâtisseurs, pas de flatteurs.
