Lundi, 12 février 2024, accusé et suspendu par une correspondance datant du 7 février dernier portant procès verbal d’ouverture d’action disciplinaire par le secrétariat à la santé publique, hygiène et prévention à la suite du décès d’une femme enceinte ainsi que son bébé pour présumée négligence dans la prise en charge gratuite de la maternité, le médecin directeur de l’hôpital général de Kinshasa, Dr Divengi Nzambi Jean-Paul serait entrain de subir une peine qui n’est pas la tienne.
Face à la situation, l’opinion s’interroge et veut savoir la vérité sur cette affaire.
Sur ce, en tant que presse, les chevaliers de la plume du CHANGEMENT7.NET sont allés échanger avec quelques témoins de l’événement à Maman Yemo pour recueillir quelques informations envie d’apporter la lumière à l’opinion.
Après cet échange, quelques agents de l’hôpital général confirment que la femme enceinte et son bébé ont bénéficié de la prise en charge dans le cadre de la gratuité de la maternité en date du 02 février, jour de leur arrivée à l’hôpital jusqu’au 04 de ce mois à 8h, heure du décès de la maman. « Donc, il y’a lieu de constater là que le service de la gratuité de la maternité fonctionne comme il faut », ont-ils souligné.
En effet, la même source confirme que, le médecin directeur de l’hôpital général a été aurait été suspendu d’une mauvaise manière parce que sa suspension n’a pas respecté la procédure.
D’après ces derniers, le médecin directeur n’a aucune responsabilité directe dans le décès de cette dame, tout simplement parce qu’il y a une équipe qui avait travaillé le jour de l’arrivée de la dame à l’hôpital. En effet, c’est le chef du département de la gynécologie et le directeur médical chef de staff qui devraient en premier être responsables avant de pointer du doigt au médecin directeur, mais chose qui n’a pas été faite.
Si le ministre donne la responsabilité du décès de la défunte au médecin directeur, peut-il aussi donner des preuves ? s’interrogent quelques travailleurs de mama yemo.
Hors le décès de la défunte, il y’a aussi celui de son bébé. où est parti le corps du bébé ? Et qui en est responsable de la disparition de ce corps? pourquoi les poursuites judiciaires ne sont-elles pas lancées contre le responsable de la disparition du bébé ?
Ce sont des questions qui tombent de gauche à droite auprès des quelques renseignants avec lesquels les professionnels des médias du changement7.net avaient prisent langue.
Dans cette affaire, on parle bien évidemment du décès d’une femme et de son bébé après l’accouchement. Alors que, le service de la gynécologie de l’hôpital indique qu’il avait bel et bien donné naissance à un bébé bien que ce dernier était déjà décédé vu l’état de santé qu’avait sa mère dès le jour de son arrivée à l’hôpital. Bien que le bébé étant déjà mort, mais sa maman était encore vivante après l’intervention.
Selon un agent de mama yemo sous couvert d’anonymat, « le secrétaire général de la santé a convoqué 35 personnes (infirmiers, médecins…) pour s’expliquer de la situation du décès de la jeune femme pendant que le chef de département du service gynécologie n’est pas invité ni médecin chef de staff. », s’agit-il d’un acharnement contre le médecin directeur ? S’agit-il d’un règlement de compte du ministre contre le médecin directeur ? s’est-il interrogé.
Est-ce que le Dr Roger Kamba, ministre de la santé publique, hygiène et prévention est trop parti vite dans sa décision sans avoir approfondir les enquêtes ? Bien que le médecin directeur est suspendu de ses fonctions, il y’a encore tant d’autres zones d’ombres qui doivent nécessairement être éclairés.
