Juste après la désignation du Professeur André Mbata au poste du premier vice-président de l’Assemblée Nationale de Kinshasa, le mercredi 27 avril dernier, l’élu de Mahagi dans la province de l’Ituri n’est pas resté incertain après cette élection qui a mis tout le monde d’accord.
Pour le député national et président du caucus des parlementaires de l’Ituri, Serge Muber Thoniot l’élévation d’André Mbata au poste du premier vice – président de l’Assemblée nationale est un exercice démocratique car l’élection est passée dans un climat calme et apaisé.
«C’est une impression positive car l’élection s’est déroulée dans un climat de paix et je suis optimiste car c’est un exercice démocratique», a déclaré devant la presse.
«Il fallait remplacer un député au poste du premier vice président car le dernier occupant avait démission. Nous avons eu notre collègue Jean Marc kabund qui a démissionné librement et comme le règlement d’ordre intérieur nous oblige, nous devons combler ce vide de ce bureau car aussi ce poste revenait au regroupement Cach», a-t-il ajouté.
Le président du caucus des parlementaires de l’Ituri a venté son collègue
«Nous avons enduré avec lui pendant 3 ans ,c’est un homme humble et serviable et a réalisé un record jamais connu au niveau de l’hémicycle 402 voix sur 439.Un score lourd en terme de pourcentage ça représente plus 86 pourcent , satisfait et content j’ose croire avec lui nous allons révéler le défit pour les 2 années qui restent», a-t-il conclu.
Signalons que sur 439 députés qui ont pris part au vote ,402 ont voté pour André Mbata ,20 ont voté contre et13 se sont abstenus et 4 bulletins nuls .Le nouveau 1 Vice Président a été par la même occasion installé. Il remplace à ce poste vacant ,Jean Marc Kabund, qui avait démissionné depuis le 31mars dernier pour des raisons politiques.
Il sied de rappeler que c’est pour la 3 ème fois au cours de cette troisième législature de la 3 ème République qu’une élection est organisée pour pourvoir à ce poste de 1er Vice Président de l’Assemblée nationale.
