Le Président de l’ASBL ‘’ ACTION FATSHI 23 ‘’, le Lobbyiste et Stratège en investissement, le Professeur Patrick Ntambwe Onoya, lance un cri d’alarme au Gouvernement de la République ainsi qu’au Chef de l’Etat Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, le garant du bon fonctionnement des institutions en République Démocratique du Congo. A travers sa réflexion de ce mercredi 23 novembre 2022, considérant la guerre de l’Est comme une guerre économique et de la convoitise par les ennemis du pays.
‘’ Guerre de l’Est : « Guerre économique-Guerre de convoitise »
Le Président de l’ACTION FATSHI 23, Patrick Onoya a indiqué que le Chef de l’État, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, dans l’une de ses adresses, a rappelé que la RDC est détentrice de plus de 60% des minerais stratégiques qui vont faire l’économie de demain. Poursuivant, ce dernier a posé une question rhétorique à laquelle il a lui-même a répondu en disant : « Mais si nous sommes distrait, vous savez ce qui va nous arriver ? On va nous faire la guerre comme en Iraq, comme en Afghanistan, etc. C’est ça qui risque de nous arriver si nous sommes distrait. Cela nécessite de la concentration et du sérieux… ».
Par-là, Patrick Onoya laisse entendre que pour mettre fin à la guerre de l’Est, il faut considérer plusieurs autres fronts, en plus du front militaire et diplomatique, la République Démocratique du Congo a aussi le » front économique « .
« Le front économique concerne, avant tout, l’amélioration du climat des affaires, le développement de l’entrepreneuriat et des investissements ainsi que l’intériorisation et l’application des principes du commerce international. Tel que le Chef de l’État l’a si bien dit, il y a une grande nécessité pour nous congolais de ne pas être distrait, d’être concentré et sérieux », a indiqué le Président de l’ACTION FATSHI 23, le professeur Patrick Onoya.
En effet, l’intériorisation et l’application des valeurs citées ci-haut vont nous permettre d’éviter d’entretenir un ensemble de contrastes qui font de nous la risée du monde, a-t-il poursuivi.
Voici des contrastes qui doivent préoccuper, à la fois la classe politique que les intellectuels congolais dans le cadre du » front économique « .
- Primo : Par exemple, comment expliquer que la SOKIMO et la SAKIMA, deux entreprises publiques d’extraction de minerais stratégiques recherchés à travers le monde, notamment l’or, le coltan et la cassitérite, soient en faillite depuis plus de deux décennies ?
- Secundo : comment expliquer que les chaînes d’approvisionnement en minerais soient mieux structurées dans les pays voisins qu’en RDC ?
Dans ce sens, le front économique aurait pour objectif principal de mettre en place des stratégies et surtout de poser des actions visant à ramener le centre commercial des minerais de la RDC qui se trouve actuellement à Kigali et Kampala depuis plus de deux décennies. Car il faut que nous, congolais, puissions réussir à négocier directement avec les investisseurs étrangers et les acheteurs internationaux intéressés par nos minerais.
Il a souligné que pour y arriver à relever ce défi majeur, il faut que les congolais comme un seul homme, manifestent une détermination et un effort avec l’appui des autorités dans ce combat pour la sauvegarde de l’intégrité du territoire national.
