Cadre de la Nouvelle Génération pour l’Emergence du Congo (NOGEC) et de la Dynamique Progressiste Révolutionnaire DYPRO en sigle, Mowgly Fwala porte ci-haut sa voix pour la sensibilisation de toute la population de Mont-Ngafula à accomplir l’un de leurs devoirs civique et patriotique.
Il appelle son électorat de la commune de Mont-Ngafula à s’enrôler massivement afin de participer au vote de 2023, qu’il considère comme le seul moyen qui permettra à ces derniers de faire un bon choix aux prochaines échéances électorales.
Connu au parti par son dynamisme dans la mobilisation de sa base lors des activités politiques de la DYPRO et la Nouvelle Génération pour l’Emergence du Congo (NOGEC), Mowgly Fwala accélére avec la sensibilisation de ses électeurs.
